At La Salle Technical Training Institute, we are committed to maintaining a learning and working environment that reflects our Lasallian values of faith, service, and community. The LTTI Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected of all trainees, staff, and visitors within our institution.
These standards are not merely rules — they are a reflection of who we are as a Lasallian community, committed to Touching Hearts, Teaching Minds, and Transforming Lives.

The LTTI Code of Conduct is grounded in six core principles that guide the behaviour of every member of our community.
All members of the LTTI community are expected to act with honesty and integrity in all academic and professional matters, including assessments, attendance and reporting.
Every individual at LTTI deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, disability or background.
Trainees are expected to attend classes punctually, complete assignments diligently, and uphold the highest standards of academic honesty.
The safety and welfare of all students and staff is paramount. All members must contribute to maintaining a safe, clean and secure environment.
Conduct must reflect the Lasallian spirit of faith, service and community — demonstrating care for others and a commitment to the common good.
All members of the community are accountable for their actions. Violations of the Code of Conduct are subject to disciplinary procedures.
All registered trainees at LTTI are expected to uphold the following responsibilities.
LTTI follows a fair and transparent disciplinary process for all Code of Conduct violations.
A complaint or incident is reported to the relevant head of department or student affairs office.
A fair investigation is conducted, giving all parties an opportunity to present their account of events.
If warranted, a disciplinary hearing is convened before the disciplinary committee in accordance with institutional policy.
A decision is communicated in writing. Sanctions may range from a formal warning to suspension or expulsion depending on severity.
