About This Programme

This course equips an Artificial Intelligence Programmer with the competencies required to perform various types of AI programming and other duties in the ICT sector. You will master the skills needed to design, build and deploy intelligent systems for real-world applications.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

KCSE with a minimum mean grade of C− (Minus) or its equivalent
Level 5 Certificate in Artificial Intelligence or a related course with one year of continuous work experience
Equivalent qualifications as determined by KNQA
As may be guided by the relevant regulatory body

Duration

The course takes 2 years.

Certification

All certifications are issued by TVET CDACC:

Certificate of Competency

Awarded upon demonstrating competence in a core unit.

Kenya National TVET Certificate in Artificial Intelligence L6

Awarded upon demonstrating competence in all units.

Statement of Attainment

May be awarded for competence in certifiable elements.
